Ceist:412 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for the Marine if he expects to be in a position to grant a Foreshore Licence to Waterford County Council in the near future to allow the Tramore sewerage scheme to proceed with the aid of an outfall pipe in much the same location as the existing pipe.
