48 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for Finance the average rateable value of all properties whose valuation was appealed in each of the years 1992 to 1994; and the average rateable value of these properties following these appeals. [13011/95]

Statistics for appeals determined by the Commissioner of Valuation in 1992 and for appeals to the Valuation Tribunal are not readily available and could be compiled only at disproportionate expense. The figures for appeals to the Commissioner of Valuation for 1993, 1994 and 1995 to date are as follows:
