101 Mr. S. Brennan asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications when the Horgan's Quay site, County Cork, came to his attention; and the documentation which was sent from CIE to his Department in the period January to March 1995. [15744/95]
While I was aware of rumours about the disposal of the Horgan's Quay site from the time of the Cork by elections, it was not until 21 June 1995 that I was made aware of certain matters which caused me to request the CIE chairman to review the case. No documentation concerning the Horgan's Quay site was sent to my Department by CIE in the period January to March 1995.
