139 Kathleen Lynch asked the Minister for Justice the number of complaints made to the Garda in respect of the Prohibition of Incitement to Hatred Act, 1989; and the number of files referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions for prosecution. [18493/95]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the information sought by the Deputy is not readily available and could only be obtained by the expenditure of a disproportionate amount of time and resources.
