161 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the way in which the level of butterfat production supplied to milk processing plants compares with our national quota entitlement for the 1995 milk quota year to date. [18738/95]

The estimated average butterfat content of milk deliveries from 1 April to 31 October 1995 exceeded the national butterfat reference level by +0.02 grams/kg.
