162 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will consider an application under the 1994 milk quota restructuring scheme by a person (details supplied) in County Limerick in view of the fact that this person was confident that the Co-op had submitted the application; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The closing date for applications under the 1994 subsidised milk quota restructuring scheme was 18 November 1994. The application by the person named was received in my Department in August 1995 and it was, therefore, too late for inclusion under the 1994 scheme.
The person named has applied for subsidy under the 1995 restructuring scheme and this application is presently being considered.
