Of the 13 Bills published in the period since my Department was established in 1993, 11 have been passed by both Houses of the Oireachtas, one Bill is at Second Stage in Dáil Éireann and the remaining Bill is currently at Second Stage in Seanad Éireann. This is an achievement of which I can be justifiably proud.
