79 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Equality and Law Reform if he intends to bring forward for discussion proposals to curtail the rights of retail property owners to refuse entry at the relevant Dáil Committee prior to publication of the Bill in view of the public debate; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Equal Status Bill is being drafted at present. When it has been approved and published, there will be full opportunity to debate it in the relevant committee and the House. The question of a referral to the relevant Dáil committee is being considered.
