119 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Justice the issues that have been brought to her attention regarding the actions of private investigators; the regulations, if any, she is considering to deal with this matter; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [19012/95]
As I informed the Deputy in my response of 14 March 1995, to a similar parliamentary question tabled by him, that I am aware of concern expressed from time to time about private investigators but I cannot say that such concern is widespread.
In relation to the question of regulations, officials in my Department are examining the issue of the licensing of the security industry and other related matters.
