94 Mr. M. Smith asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received plans from Thurles UDC for a relief road connecting Brittas Road with Nenagh Road, County Tipperary; when he will approve these plans; if he has further received plans from Thurles UDC for an outer relief road for Thurles; and when he will approve these plans.
