Ceist:366 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Education the reason a school (details supplied) has not been reimbursed for the costs involved in carrying out necessary repairs. [1377/96]
Written Answers. - Reimbursement for School Repairs.
My Department's records indicated that the file dealing with this matter was with the Office of Public Works office in Limerick. However, the Office of Public Works has not been able to trace the file. Copies of the invoices in respect of heating works carried out at the school were furnished to the Department by the school authorities on 14 December 1995. These are currently being assessed and payment for works which are grant-aidable will issue shortly.
