571 Kathleen Lynch asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications the current position regarding an agreement with his Department and Cable Management Ireland Limited concerning the provision of a television signal in the Donegal area, through a Telecom Éireann aerial at Alt-na-gCapple, Ardagh, County Donegal. Cable Management Ireland Ltd holds a licence under the Wireless Telegraphy (Television Programme Retransmission) Regulations, 1989, to provide a multichannel television service in Donegal and Sligo by means of MMDS. The details of any arrangements between Telecom Éireann and Cable Management Ireland Ltd as to sharing of mast facilities in order to provide that service, are a matter for the two companies involved.
