Ceist:76 Mr. Foley asked the Minister for the Environment the current position regarding the proposed Brosna group scheme in County Kerry. [2173/96]
I propose to take Questions Nos. 75 and 76 together.
Both schemes do not have a suitable source of water supply at present and their development is contingent on the prior construction of the Listowel Stage IV and Brosna regional water supply schemes. Having regard to the existing level of commitments under the public water and sewerage schemes programme. I cannot say when it may be possible to advance these public schemes.
