70 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if a person (details supplied) in County Cork has applied to the Milk Quota Tribunal for additional milk quota; the current position regarding this application; and when it is likely to be dealt with by the Tribunal. [2190/96]

An application for additional milk quota by the person named was previously considered by the milk quota appeals tribunal and additional quota was allocated based on the tribunal's recommendation. A further application has now been received and will be considered by the tribunal as soon as possible.
