Written Answers. - Irish Steel Funding.
The State aid approved under Article 95 of the ECSC Treaty for the Irish Steel restructuring plan will, in accordance with the sale and purchase agreement signed with ISPAT International on 6 September 1995, be payable to the company when all the preconditions stipulated in the agreement have been satisfied which it is anticipated will be on or before 31 March 1996.
