129 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for the Environment whether an application from Donegal County Council has been received in respect of Lower Knockastoller group water scheme, Bunbeg, County Donegal, reference number 877; if so, when the application was received; and when he intends to sanction an allocation in order that work can commence on this scheme. A grant application for this scheme was received by my Department in June 1993. The application is being considered at present in the context of the finances available for new group schemes in 1996.
