Ceist:125 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for the Environment if he will have arrangements made with Kerry County Council for the appointment of a consultant to prepare plans for the laying of a permanent watermain from Carrig Lake to the intake point at Two-Mile-Bridge and thereby replace the exposed overland PVC pipe which is laid inside the ditch along the Killarney road in view of the fact that it is vulnerable to gorse fires and other accidental damage; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
