167 Mr. Lawlor asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht whether he will publish the White Paper on the future of broadcasting; if his attention has been drawn to the concerns of some of the groups which contributed to the Green Paper discussions; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
