Ceist:286 Ms O'Donnell asked the Minister for Justice if, in view of her reply to Parliamentary Question No. 97 on 29 November 1995 (details supplied) she will investigate the delay in further responding to this case. [6179/96]
Written Answers. - Case Response Delay.
I am not aware of any delay in this case. As the Deputy has been previously informed, a file in this matter was referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions by the Garda. The director requested further information and this was forwarded to his office. The directive subsequently directed that there should be no prosecution.
