323 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Tourism and Trade the foreign trips undertaken by him and the Minister(s) of State at his Department since assuming office; the total number of people who travelled on each trip; the names of the passengers; the total cost of each trip; and the sources of funding for each trip. [6296/96]
The information requested by the Deputy is set out in the following tables. They show the grades of the departmental officials who participated.
The costs relate only to those charges which were incurred by my Department and which were borne from the Department's administrative budget.
In come cases, additional costs were incurred by the State bodies under my aegis. Where these costs were recouped from the Department, they have been included. Otherwise they have not, but would have been borne from the relevant agency's own operating costs.
