Ceist:345 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will have arrangements made to pay a 75 pence milk restructuring subsidy to a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [5978/96]

An application for subsidy in relation to milk quota purchased under the 1995 restructuring scheme by the person named was deemed ineligible. This decision has been appealed on the basis of further documentation since received in the Department which is currently being considered.
