384 Mr. Cowen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry further to Parliamentary Question No. 86 of 14 March 1996, if he will provide copies of all articles published in the provincial papers listed in the reply; if he will acknowledge that the request in relation to these articles is for sight of all articles published and not a sample as referred to in his reply; if he cannot or will not comply with this request, the reason therefor; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
