Ceist:

92 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Health if he will have arrangements made for the case of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath to be assessed for eligibility of disabled person's maintenance allowance; if he will review this person's case for financial help towards a hearing aid; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Limerick East): The provision of assistance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the Chief Executive Officer, Midland Health Board, with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
