116 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Health if he will urgently intervene in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Louth in order to utilise all State agencies including the health board to protect her health and welfare in view of the fact that this is the source of much worry and anxiety to her family; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have had inquiries made of the North-Eastern Health Board in connection with this case. In view of the nature of the matters raised, and to safeguard the welfare of the child concerned. I propose to communicate directly on a confidential basis with the Deputy in the matter.
