74 Mr. Briscoe asked the Minister for the Environment the regulations, if any, he intends to introduce under section 106 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992, regarding the control of noise pollution; if so, the extent of any such regulations; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
