I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that it is expected that registration will be completed within two weeks.

Ceist:123 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to expedite a dealing (details supplied) in the Land Registry. [9374/96]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for registration of a transfer of part of Folio Nos. 10692 and 28429 County Cork which was lodged on 3 February 1994.
I am further informed that the Land Registry issued queries to the applicants solicitor on 29 August 1994 which have not, as yet, been satisfactorily discharged. The Land Registry issued a reminder to the applicants solicitor on 13 April 1996.
