130 Mr. E. Ryan asked the Minister for the Environment the way in which he proposes to deal with the absence of price data on apartments in view of his recent statement on the matter and the fact that the term housing refers to all types of dwellings. [9643/96]

I am having the possibility of producing separate price data on apartments examined in consultation with the mortgage lenders, who supply the information on which the prices published in the housing statistics bulletins are based.
