88 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Justice if she will review the case of a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon who seeks to have his Land Registry deed confirmed and who also seeks to have the aerial map sent to him in view of the fact that he has forwarded the fee some time ago. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that is is expected that the dealing in question will be completed within the next few weeks. The new Folio Number will be 16588F, County Roscommon. I understand that the file plans will issue after the completion of the dealing.
