Ceist:150 Mr. Cowen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry whether a farm development grant has been paid to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12148/96]

The applicant in this case was requested to furnish drawings of his existing facilities and proposed developments under his control of farm pollution application. These proposals were furnished to the local farm development service office on 7 May 1996.
Applicants are being visited and approved in order of receipt of the requested documentation. This applicant will be visited as soon as possible.
