Approval issued to the applicant in October 1995 under the control of farm pollution scheme, on the understanding that payment would be made in 1997, subject to the work being completed to the Department's specification.

Ceist:291 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the current position regarding an application submitted in April 1996 by a person (details supplied) in County Mayo for a grant in respect of a pony shed. [12472/96]
The application in this case was received in the local Farm Development Service office on 16 May 1996. An official from that office will visit the applicant shortly to dicuss her plans.
