Vol. 467 No. 2

Written Answers. - Early Prisoner Release Data.

Desmond J. O'Malley

Ceist:

32 Mr. O'Malley asked the Minister for Justice the name of each convicted person released from prison since 1 September 1994 in view of the early release programme arising from the provisional IRA ceasefire of 31 August 1994, specifying in each case the offence for which the person so released had been convicted, the balance of the full sentence left to be served and whether any such person so released has since been rearrested and charged in connection with other matters. [12862/96]
