185 Mr. H. Byrne asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the need for extra accommodation at Bridgetown vocational college where pupils are currently cramped for space; the reason extra accommodation has not been provided in respect of this college; the reason for the delay; the expected completion date; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am not aware of the accommodation requirements of Bridgetown vocational school. In this regard my Department has approved in principle the provision of a permanent extension for the school. This extension is at the early stages of planning. My Department is currently considering the appointment of a design team to initiate architectural planning of this project.
