132 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for the Environment the amount of money allocated by his Department or by any body under the aegis of his Department to the Institute of European Affairs in each of the years 1995 and 1996. [14705/96]

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Howlin)

A membership fee of £1,000 was paid to the institute by my Department in 1995. In addition, publications costing £122.50 were purchased by the Department from the institute during 1995 and to date in 1996.
