I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the appropriate way to obtain the information sought by the Deputy is by way of inspection or official search under the Land Registration Rules, 1972. The fee to inspect a folio or a map is £1 and an official search for either is £4. The folios are available at local and central offices but the maps are available in the Central Land Registry only.
