102 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for the Environment whether the study of non-national road pavement conditions has been completed; if so, when he intends publishing the report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17481/96]

This study will be completed by the end of February 1997. No decision has been made at this stage on whether the report will be published.
