101 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment when work will commence on the provision of a sewerage scheme in Graiguenamanagh, County Kilkenny in view of the fact that matters have finally been clarified; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17480/96]

I am waiting the submission of amended contract documents for the Graiguenamanagh sewerage scheme from Kilkenny County Council. Given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage programme, I am not in a position to say when it may be possible to advance the scheme.
