209 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a REP scheme payment under the second year scheme will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17341/96]

The person concerned applied for his second year payment under the REP scheme. His application will be processed shortly and if found to be in order payment will issue within the next few weeks.
