116 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment when he will receive the inspector's report on the Drogheda Motorway By-Pass, County Louth; when he will make his decision on the inspector's report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18770/96]

I will make a decision on this scheme as soon as possible after receiving the inspector's report which has yet to be completed.
