294 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the current position regarding an application to the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal for an additional milk quota by a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and when this application will be dealt with by the tribunal. [19280/96]
