77 Mr. Leonard asked the Minister for the Environment the number of applications for public water schemes in the Monaghan area which are currently awaiting approval in his Department; the number of applications for public sewerage schemes awaiting approval from his Department for County Monaghan; and the locations of the schemes in question. Excluding cases which come under the small schemes programme, three public water schemes and seven public sewerage schemes in County Monaghan are at various stages of planning and currently awaiting approval in my Department. These are:

Monaghan County Council

Iniskeen Sewerage Scheme

Glaslough Improvement Scheme

Lough Muckno Regional Water Supply

Ballybay Sewerage Scheme

Tydavnet Sewerage Scheme.

Monaghan U.D.C.

Monaghan Town Sewerage Collection System.

Carrickmacross U.D.C.

Carrickmacross Water Supply Augmentation Scheme

Carrickmacross Sewerage Scheme Phase 3.

Clones U.D.C.

Clones Sewerage Scheme

Clones Water Supply.
