Ceist:143 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for the Environment the number of new pig units which have qualified under the recently introduced regulations requiring pig units of a certain size to seek an integrated pollution control licence; the size of these new units which require IPCL; if his attention has been drawn to the confusion that exists among his Department's officials, farmers and Environmental Protection Agency personnel with regard to the definition of the size of a pig unit; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
