104 Mr. Bree asked the Minister for the Environment if his Department maintains records of all those who passed their driving test; if details relating to a person (details supplied) in County Sligo are contained in the files; if so, if he will confirm that the applicant passed his driving test; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Records of driving tests held in my Department indicate that the person in question passed a driving test on 27 March 1984.
