67 Mr. Costello asked the Minister for Education if she will grant an additional five hours of tuition to a school (details supplied) in Dublin 7 for pupils with special needs; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [3345/97]
My Department approved the provision by City of Dublin Vocational Education Committee of 525 teaching hours to the school referred to by the Deputy for the 1996-97 school year. I am not in a position to increase the allocation in the current school year. The position will be reviewed for the 1997-98 school year.
