118 Ms Keogh asked the Minister for Education if she will ensure that the grant for the promised security fence around the perimeter of Bishop Shanahan and Galvin national school, Templeogue, Dublin 16, is made available as a matter of urgency. [9391/97]
The schools to which the Deputy refers have applied to my Department for grant-aid towards the cost of erecting a security fence. However, due to the current level of contractual commitments on the primary capital subhead it is not possible to provide grant-aid for this project at present. The project will be considered in the context of future capital allocations.
