Walsh asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry whether, having regard to the need for equity, he will provide Exchequer aid for dairy, cereal and sugarbeet farmers to help cover their green pound losses in view of his acceptance of the principle of national funding to help cover green pounds revaluation losses for livestock farmers; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
