Ceist:20 Mr. Ring asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise and Employment the number of people on community employment schemes in each of the years 1995 and 1996; whether the Government has reduced the numbers allowed onto schemes and, if not, the plans, if any, there are to reduce the number of these places.
