Ceist:161 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive payment of his REP scheme instalment in view of the fact it has been promised since December 1996. [14287/97]

This application is one of a number relating to a large estate in County Mayo.
The planner concerned has been requested to clarify all the entitlements on the estate to determine the areas eligible for REPS. When this has been done the application in question will be processed.
