119 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science the level of current and capital spending in primary, secondary and third-level education and the total education budget in each of the past five years in nominal terms and at constant 1997 prices. [15264/97]
The gross current and capital expenditure for the past five years in nominal and at constant 1997 prices for first, second and third level education as well as the total expenditure on education is given in the attached tables.
