Ceist:123 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science the number of primary schools with one teacher for the school year 1997-98; the number of these which fall into each pupil size category; the number of primary schools with two teachers; the number of these which fall into each pupil size category; the number of the former which have been granted a second teacher outside of the normal pupil to teacher ratio allocation on foot of the recent Government decision; and the number of teachers which will have to be allocated in order to provide a second teacher for each of the one teacher schools.
