261 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Education and Science the action, if any, he has taken to set up a Dublin centre for the performing arts incorporating a conservatoire; if he will support such a project; if he has issued instructions to his officials to implement this commitment in An Action Programme for the Millennium; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
